SHIPPING & DELIVERY

For sustainability reasons, we do not work with big stocks. Not all of our products are in stock and available for next day shipping. Therefore, it may take up to 14 working days for us to create and send your order. To this amount of time is added the shipping time that depends on the country from which the order was placed. 

Romania: Delivered within 1-3 business  days for in-stock items

EU: Delivered within 4-6 business days for in-stock items

Please also note that ‘On-Request’ items have a different preparation timeline due to their unique availability and custom-made special time of preparation, and are not subject of return. You will be informed about the specific dispatch date via email once your order is ready.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

You will receive a tracking number to follow your order’s journey to your doorstep. You can track your orders by accessing Urgent Cargus Tracking for Romania, and UPS Tracking for the EU.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returning an item is straightforward. Just fill in the online Return Form or if you prefer, contact our customer service giving information about your return request such as: full name, email, order number, name of the products you want to return and the reason for your return if any, and we will guide you through the process.

Once you complete this action, you will receive an email confirming your return request.

Returns or exchanges are accepted up to 14 days from the date you receive your package.

Condition of Returns: Items must be returned from the original delivery destination, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in new, unused condition. Items that appear worn or used will be refused upon inspection.

Refunds Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method, excluding the return fee. 

Processing Time: Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
